The Palaestra offers individualized instruction in Developmental Gymnastics, Movement Education, Tumbling, Trampoline and Cheer as well as Traditional Gymnastics. Instruction begins for children at 6 months of age and continues through high school to college. The Palaestra creates an environment that stimulates interest and introduces challenges to develop a strong foundation for physical and mental growth. Developmental Gymnastics guides your child through basic gymnastic skills and movements utilizing games, music and exploration for learning. Developmental Gymnastics provides a creative environment where learning is individualized and fun. Skill progression is controlled by the child's own developmental level. We believe this positive approach to teaching gymnastics and movement will lay a strong foundation for your child's physical and mental development in a non-competitive atmosphere.
